Because products are digital files that are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
If a file does not work as described and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you reporting it, we will refund you in full. If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate payment is refunded.
You can cancel a custom order before work starts for a full refund of any advance. After work has started, the advance covers work already done; if we cannot deliver what was agreed, we refund the advance.
Contact us with your order code (for example SM-12345) within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
